The collection principally takes place thanks to companies that operate in the personal care field and that are able to donate branded products for personal care that are unrequested or cannot be sold anymore, but still of guaranteed quality. Banco dell’Igiene renders the collected and donated goods available to charitable organizations and directly to people in need, who don’t have the possibility to buy personal care products and are forced to give up even on a minimal personal care. The wide range of free products such as shampoo, toothpaste, soap, toothbrushes, disposable razors and many more enables these people, often in financial difficulties, to have access to the most essential personal care.
